Course Description: This CLE program explores the intersection of AI and professional responsibility, focusing on how attorneys can ethically integrate AI tools into their practice while complying with the rules of professional conduct. Through real-world examples, participants will learn how to maintain competence, protect client confidentiality, communicate effectively, and ensure reasonable fees in an AI-driven environment.

Jonathan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, where he represents banking and financial institutions, public and private corporations, and other commercial clients in litigation involving a wide range of business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv, and the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., in Union County, New Jersey. In these roles, Jonathan gained substantial experience managing complex business litigation, insurance fraud, and foreclosure matters, and played a key role in facilitating high-volume motion practice and mediating civil disputes to settlement.

Anthony also has significant experience in defending banks, financial institutions and mortgage servicers against consumer finance based claims brought under Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, HOEPA, and state consumer fraud statutes. He has defended consumer finance class actions in both State and Federal Court. Anthony also defends professionals in malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty matters.
