Biography
Trevor Korb is an associate in the Corporate Group of Sherman Atlas, where he advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, general commercial matters, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Sherman Atlas, Trevor was an associate in the Public Securities business unit of Day Pitney LLP, focusing on securities offerings, SEC reporting, and compliance with stock exchange listing standards. Trevor earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School–Newark and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Rutgers, he served as Commentaries Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, was a Teaching Assistant to Professor Amy Soled, and interned for the Honorable Barry T. Albin, former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Outside of his practice, Trevor enjoys exploring museums and bookstores with his wife and son, building his vinyl collection, and learning foreign languages.
