Partner, Josh Bratspies and Associate, Julia Wood will present a CLE course entitled “Legal Ethics in Using Artificial Intelligence”.
The course will be presented via Zoom and live at 85 Broad Street, New York, New York on January 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Course Description: This CLE program explores the intersection of AI and professional responsibility, focusing on how attorneys can ethically integrate AI tools into their practice while complying with the rules of professional conduct. Through real-world examples, participants will learn how to maintain competence, protect client confidentiality, communicate effectively, and ensure reasonable fees in an AI-driven environment.
1.2 New Jersey credits; 1.0 New York credits; and 1.0 Puerto Rico credits

Welcoming our newest associate Jonathan Romeo
Jonathan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, where he represents banking and financial institutions, public and private corporations, and other commercial clients in litigation involving a wide range of business disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv, and the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., in Union County, New Jersey. In these roles, Jonathan gained substantial experience managing complex business litigation, insurance fraud, and foreclosure matters, and played a key role in facilitating high-volume motion practice and mediating civil disputes to settlement.
