Biography
Monika Hilliard has considerable experience in sophisticated estate and trust administration and preparation of federal and state fiduciary income & estate tax returns.
She received her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 1995. She was a judicial intern with the Honorable Gloria Burns, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Camden, NJ and with the Internal Revenue Service’s District Office in Newark. Monika received her B.A., cum laude, from Gettysburg College in 1992. She is admitted in New Jersey and in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
