Jonathan is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation group at Sherman Atlas.  He represents banking and financial institutions, public and private corporations, and other commercial clients in litigation involving a wide range of business disputes. 
 
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., and the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., in Union County, New Jersey. In these roles, Jonathan gained substantial experience managing complex business litigation, insurance fraud, and foreclosure matters, and played a key role in facilitating high-volume motion practice and mediating civil disputes to settlement.  Jonathan further developed his litigation skills during internships with the United States Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., U.S.C.J. (Ret.) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Jonathan earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he distinguished himself as Editor of the Year for the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
