As part of the multi-year partnership with Ocean County College Foundation, Ocean County College and Ocean County Vocational Technical School Performing Arts Academy, the GMPF is excited to announce the virtual event “Pure Prima” to be held on by March 23, 2021.  As part of the Ocean County Teen Arts Festival, Carolyn Dorfman Dance and Company will celebrate the five decade career  and range of the inimitable Louis Prima.  Through the use of songs including the iconic “Sing Sing Sing” and “Just a Gigolo/Ain’t Got Nobody”, Dorfman and her company will explore the full, driving and buoyant sound of Louis Prima and his lead singers Gia Maione Prima and Keely Smith.
