Jason's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with a particular emphasis on representing banking and other financial institutions in real estate and other asset-based finance transactions.  Jason also has experience representing businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs in corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, membership interest redemption deals, licensing and distribution arrangements, commercial and industrial lease negotiations, emloyment and non-competition agreement negotiations, and other commercial transactions. 

Prior to joining Sherman Atlas, Jason was an associate in the corporate and litigation groups at Spiro Harrison.
