Biography
Elizabeth Serino is a paralegal in the Corporate, Real Estate, and the Banking and Financial Services practices at Sherman Atlas. Elizabeth provides support and assistance in the maintenance of entities, the formation of entities, the closing of transactions, including commercial lending transactions for borrowers and banks, real estate purchase and sale transactions and the purchase and sale of business entities.
Elizabeth has over 13 years of experience as a paralegal. Prior to joining Sherman Atlas, Elizabeth worked at Greenberg, Dauber, Epstein & Tucker as a paralegal in both the Corporate and Litigation Departments. She started her paralegal career at Braff, Harris & Sukoneck.
Elizabeth received her B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and her Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
