David has represented clients in a variety of sectors, including financial institutions, chemical manufacturers, private equity firms and family offices, and companies in the media, fashion, entertainment and consumer products industries. He also has extensive experience representing financial institutions and vendors in the negotiation of technology licensing, technology maintenance and service agreements, technology development, and cloud-computing transactions, such as software as a service (SaaS) arrangements, and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Sherman Atlas, David was a corporate associate in the Transactions group of McDermott Will & Emery , and prior to that, he was an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi. Earlier in his legal career, David worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
