• Matthew Mirett: Mr. Mirett has distinguished himself in the field of commercial lending transactions, providing clients with comprehensive counsel on a variety of real estate and asset-based finance transactions in a wide variety of industries.

 

• Peter Saad: Mr. Saad concentrates on numerous aspects of real estate ventures and transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, loan modifications, workouts, and restructures.

 

• Anthony Valenziano: Mr. Valenziano has earned a reputation for his outstanding work in the areas of commercial and banking litigation, including lender liability suits and claims brought under Articles 3 and 4 of the UCC and in legal malpractice defense.
