Brooke Suárez practices in Sherman Atlas’ Litigation Group where she focuses on commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Sherman Atlas, Brooke worked for a national insurance defense firm and was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. In these roles, Brooke successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Additionally, Brooke clerked for the Honorable Diane Pincus, J.S.C. (Ret.) of the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex Vicinage.
 
Brooke is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Brooke interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Brooke additionally interned in the Division of Law of the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office.
